Nestled within the nostalgic ambiance of the 1970s, this flat beard the marks of time, longing for a much-needed refurbishment. Our clients commissioned us the project to bring back the modernity to their beloved and charming property.

The architectural project in question was a remarkable full refurbishment of a 90 sqm residence located in the vibrant town of Cerdanyola del Valles. In this endeavor, our design team collaborated closely with the esteemed Corba Estudi, combining our expertise to create an exceptional living space.

The primary objective of the project was to transform the residence into a modern and functional home that maximized the usable area. To achieve this, we implemented a comprehensive plan that involved opening up the space, removing unnecessary partitions, and reimagining the layout. By eliminating barriers, we created a seamless flow between different areas, enhancing the sense of openness and connectivity.

To infuse the residence with a distinctive character, we developed bespoke design solutions tailored to the client's preferences and lifestyle. Our team meticulously selected sandy and neutral tones for the interior palette, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. These earthy hues were harmoniously integrated into various design elements, including walls, furniture, and finishes, adding a touch of elegance and serenity.

Furthermore, light played a pivotal role in the project. We strategically incorporated large glass partitions and wide connected rooms to flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the residence. The abundant daylight accentuated the clean lines and carefully curated details, contributing to an overall sense of sophistication and tranquility.

Passeig del Pont was a successful collaboration between arco and Corba Estudi.
